摘要
以气门弹簧净质量最小、刚度误差最小为双优化设计目标,考虑可靠性等约束条件,建立了可靠性优化设计数学模型,用线性加权组合法对多目标优化设计的目标函数进行处理,采用基于证据理论和区间分析的可靠性优化设计方法进行求解,得到了有价值的优化方案。设计实例验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
A multi-objective optimal problem of valve spring is modeled to obtain the lightest weight of valve spring and the minimum rigidity error. The reliability restrain conditions are considered. The weighted combination of two objective functions is made. The optimization model is solved by using the method based evidence theory and interval analysis. The obtained valuable solution shows that the method used in solving the multi-target reliability optimal design is practical and effective.
