三芯型复合导电纤维的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以含碳黑导电母粒及PET为原料,采用复合纺丝方法,制得了电阻力10^6~10^7Ω/cm的三芯型复合导电纤维。讨论了喷丝组件的结构特征,导电母粒性能,纺丝温度,拉伸温度及导电组分的分布形式对纤维导电性能的影响因素。 A three-core-type conjugate fibers for electrical conducting was produced from electro-conductive matrices additived CBand PET with conjugate spinning methods. The resistance of the fibers is about 106-107Ω/cm. The structure of spinnetterpeak,spinning temperature,drawing temperature and ratio,and the distribution of electro-couductive portion in cross-section of fiber were discussed.
