以杭钢转炉厂设备管理为例,探讨了设备过程管理对于提高企业效益的重要作用。加强从采购到报废整个过程的设备管理,通过设备的合理投资、正确操作使用、精心维护保养和认真细致维修,来降低设备事故和故障停机率,提高设备作业率,追求最高设备综合效率和最低寿命周期费用,把最佳的设备综合效益,转变成企业的经济效益。因而要求设备管理应重视整个过程的成本管理与控制,确保设备处于经济运行。

In this paper,the equipment management in converter plant of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Factory as an example to explore the equipment process management as an important role for improving enterprise efficiency. To strengthen the entire process from procurement to retirement of equipment management,through a reasonable investment in equipment,The use of proper operation,careful maintenance and repair equipment to reduce the rate of accidents and downtime,improve equipment operation rate,the pursuit of maximum comprehensive efficiency and minimum equipment life cycle cost to bring the best equipment overall efficiency into economic efficiency of enterprises. Therefore requested equipment management should pay attention to the whole process of cost management and control,ensure that the equipment is in economic operation.
