根据实践经验简要分析了ZL50D型装载机在使用检修过程中出现的一些故障,阐述了发动机自动熄火、修复后的发动机冒蓝烟、驱动力不足、变矩器泄漏等故障的原因,并针对每种故障提出了相应的修复措施。

According to experience summary analysis ZL50D loader some failure which appeared in the use overhaul process. Elaborated the causes of the engine automatic flameout,blue smoke coming form the repair engine,driving influence insufficiency,torque convert- erd leakage,and so on. Aimed at each kind of fault to propose the corresponding repair measure.
