摘要
通过对螺纹加工指令的研究,准确计算螺纹车削过程的相关参数,运用车螺纹指令G76、G92与子程序相结合的方法正确编程,合理选择刀具并按要求刃磨刀具,采用正确的对刀方法实现在数控车床上进行大螺距螺纹的车削。
in order to precise calculate the relative thread cutting parameter,we program a new software combining G76、G92 thread cutting instructions and its subprogram. Selected properly knife tools and Sharpening tools,used proper Cutting Methods,we can cutting large screw thread pitch on CNC lathe machine.
