摘要
对一台卧式快装锅炉后管板高温区多处出现的裂纹进行了宏观检验,结合该锅炉结构和制造问题及运行工况做了综合分析,认为裂纹是由于制造工艺没有满足技术标准的要求,运行过程水质处理不当所引起的,并提出了处理措施,时间证明效果良好。
