摘要
目的研究肺癌患者化疗前与化疗后外周血中多药耐药(Multidrug Resistance,MDR)基因的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法取肺癌患者化疗前及化疗结束一周后的外周血,用流式细胞仪检测MDR的表达水平,进行定量分析。结果肺癌患者化疗前MDR明显低于化疗后(t值分别为:19.45、21.84、10.43、17.40、8.22,均P<0.01)。随着化疗次数的增多,MDR逐渐升高,手术后可使MDR再次降低(P<0.01)。结论肺癌患者在化疗期间监测其外周血中MDR表达水平,有助于判断化疗效果及患者的预后。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of multidrug resistance(MDR) gene in lung cancer. Methods Peripheral blood samples were obtained from lung cancer patients before chemotherapy and one week after chemotherapy.The expression of MDR gene was detected by Flow-cytometry. Results The level of MDR gene before chemotherapy was significantly lower than that after chemotherapy(P〈0.01).The level of MDR gene was increased with the times of chemotherapy.The operation decreased the level of MDR gene(P〈0.01),which made it possible for further chemotherapies. Conclusion Monitoring of the expression of MDR gene may evaluate the clinical effect of chemotherapy and prognosis.
