林可霉素与地塞米松联用致低钾血症死亡一例

A report of one case of death caused by hypokalemia induced by combination of lincomycin and dexamethasone

回顾分析一例成人在联用林可霉素与地塞米松后即出现低钾血症,后经抢救无效死亡的案例。林可霉素与地塞米松联用可引起低钾血症诱发室性心律失常死亡,临床应用时宜避免二者联用,使用时须慎重考虑用量并注意观察。

To retrospectively analyze an adult who died of hypokalemia emerged immediately after the combined use of dexamethasone and lincomycin.Combination of lincomycin and dexamethasone may result in hypokalemia,which may induce death due to ventricular arrhythmia.Simultaneous use of dexamethasone and lincomycin should be avoided in clinical application.
