12小时留院制对住院医师人文素养和临床业务素质的影响

Influence of 12 hour Hospital System on Humanities and Clinical Quality of Resident Physicians

采用自行设计的调查问卷对本院接受过和正在接受住院医师留院制管理的临床医师共70人进行调查,探讨12小时留院制对住院医师人文素养和临床业务素质的影响。结果显示住院医师留院期间的人文素养、临床知识和技能都得到了明显提高,住院医师12小时留院制是强化住院医师规范化培训的有效制度。

Self-designed questionnaires are completed by 70 clinicians of our hospital who have finished or still receiving 12-hour hospital system training to investigate effects of 12-hour hospital system on humanities and clinical quality of resident physician.Results suggest that humanities,clinical knowledge and skills of residents are promoted during 12-hour hospital system training periods.Hence,12-hour hospital system is an effective way to strengthen resident physician standardized training.
