摘要
描绘国资国企培训需求项目产生的逻辑结构及内容体系,可发现创新是提升国资国企培训针对性和有效性的重要选择。加快培训模式的创新,需实现培训项目从"粗放型"到"精细化"、从"教师中心"到"学员中心"的转型。
By analyzing the logical structure and content system of the training demand of the state-owned assets and the state-owned enterprises, this paper puts forward that the innovation is the important choice of enhancing the effectiveness and the pertinence of the training program. By accelerating the innovation of the training mode, the transition of the training program will be realized by the progress from the "extensive" to the" fine" and from the" center of teacher" to the" center of students".
