Methodology for Time Scheduling of Short-Term Urban Rail Transit Construction

城市轨道交通近期建设时序是轨道交通项目建设的依据,可避免建设的盲目性。简要分析了近期建设时序的总体框架及其意义,从近期建设时机和年限、近期建设规模、近期建设线路三个方面详细论述了确定近期建设时序的方法。首先分析了选择近期建设时机的影响因素。然后,考虑近期城市交通承载能力以及建设资金的控制,提出利用交通需求法和建设资金控制法确定轨道交通近期建设的合理规模。最后,建立以最大综合效益为目标的近期建设线路安排优化模型,给出模型的假设条件、约束条件及求解方法。

To prevent the problems in the short-term urban rail transit construction,the time scheduling is very important.By discussing the general framework and importance of the short-term time scheduling,this paper elaborates how to determine the short-term construction time scheduling in three aspects： construction opportunity and time constraint,scale of the construction,and route of the constructed rail transit.By first analyzing the influential factors in construction time,and then considering the urban short-term capacity of the urban transport system and the available construction funds,the paper proposes the short-term rail transit construction process based on traffic demand and fund constraints.Finally,the paper develops a short-term construction model that prioritizes the construction schedule to maximize the overall benefit under the constraints and given assumptions.
