摘要 用臭氧引发交联聚硅氧烷固定液的方法,操作方便,设备简单。1987年,我们用臭氧为引发剂,在弹性石英毛细管柱上交联非极性固定液SE-54、SE-33、OV-1等,取得较为满意的结果。 Medium-polar stationary phase OV-1701 has been successfully immobilized on fused-silica capillary.The study showed that the separation efficiency,the thermal stability and the cross-linking efficiency were good.After ozone treatment the activity of the stationary phase seemed a bit higher than it was before,but there was no marked change in polarity found.The separations of orange peel oil,date essential oil and methyl esters of fatty acids from myco-bacterium tuberculosis on the column were made as examples.
