通过分析当前高职人才培养体系中的问题,提出完善高职人才培养体系的几点想法,认为实施"以人为本,以能力为本"的培训是高职人才培养的关键环节;构建新的课程体系是高职教学改革的核心;倡导核心能力理念,培养核心能力意识是高职人才培养本质所在。

Through the analysis of the current problems in higher vocational talents training system,ideas are proposed to perfect the system of higher vocational talents training.It is considered the key point to implement human-oriented and ability-oriented training of higher vocational talents training,Constructing the new curriculum system is the core of vocational reform,advocating the idea of core competence,and cultivating the sense of core competence are the essence of higher vocational talents training.
