摘要
组织员制度是中国共产党总结自身建设的历史经验,为加强党员队伍建设所制定的一项独具特色的工作制度。分析了新形势下高校组织员队伍的现状,并就如何切实加强高校组织员队伍建设提出了几点实践与思考。
System of organizers is a unique system formulated by generalization and summation of our party＇s historical experience which strengthens the construction of our party.On the basis of the analysis of the present situation for organizer team construction,the reflection and practice to strengthen team construction of organizers in institutions of higher education was enhanced.
