Since the requirement on ICAO English level by the major airlines has been increased continuously,language teaching theories should be added to English teaching for Flight majors in order to cultivate qualified pilots.Approaches to improving teaching qualities were explored from the aspects of goal-setting,material-selection,as well as ICAO Testing strategies.
