近年来,为提高政府部门的办公效率,增加工作透明度,各地各级政府部门建设了多种基于网络和计算机技术的办公自动化系统,由于对电子政务的认识不同,办公自动化系统的设计和应用水平也各不相同。通过对安徽省发展改革委办公系统设计与应用的研究,提供一套政府部门办公自动化系统的建设方法和经验。
