摘要
在Q235钢与45钢干摩擦实验条件下,分别改变载荷和滑动速度,利用摩擦功对Q235钢的摩擦磨损特性及机理进行了研究与分析,并且针对间歇接触上下冲击的情况和水平往复移动情况进行了特殊的讨论,发现此时摩擦系数突然升高,磨损加重.此研究对工程实际中Q235钢的应用具有一定的指导意义.
In the dry friction experiment of Q235 steel and 45 steel,with changes in speed and load,the reactive tribological characteristics and mechanism of Q235 steel has been studied and analyzed by friction energy.It is found that the friction coefficient would increase sharply under the impact of intermittent contact.This research will be helpful to the application of Q235 steel in engineering practice.
