由液相色谱保留值变化规律式推荐液相色谱分离模式的研究

Selection of the Separation Modes in High Performance Liquid Chromatography Based en the Fundamental Elution Equation

提出了液相色谱柱系统选择的二个基本条件,在此基础上应用统计热力学导出保留值变化规律式,建立了符合色谱柱系统选择条件的液相色谱分离模式的推荐规则,并利用色谱专家系统中液相色谱谱图库的110张谱图,对该分离模式的推荐规则进行了初步验证,结果表明二者能较好地相符。

In this paper,the fundamental parameters for selecting the column system in HPLC have been investigated by simultaneously considering the effects of various factors on retention value and selectivity.The concept of critical values of the ratio of carbon numbers or phenyl ring numbers to polar functional group has been proposed from the viewpoints of molecular and electrostatic interactions,based on which the selection rules of the separation modes in HPLG have been set up.These rules have been confirmed by applying them to 110 chromatograms quoted from literatures.
