糖尿病儿童青少年应对方式与血糖控制及生活质量的相关性研究

Study on relativity among coping styles,blood glucose control and quality of life of children and adolescent with diabetes mellitus

[目的]了解糖尿病儿童青少年应对方式,探讨应对方式与血糖控制、生活质量之间的关系。[方法]采用慢性病儿童应对方式量表和儿童生存质量测定量表对81例糖尿病儿童青少年进行调查。[结果]糖尿病儿童青少年最常使用的应对方式是幻想,女性比男性更多采用消极应对,青少年较儿童多采用负性情绪反应的应对方式,病程越长的患儿更多采用远离疾病的应对方式;糖化血红蛋白<9.5%较糖化血红蛋白≥9.5%的糖尿病患儿更多地采用积极应对;接受应对方式与患儿的生活质量呈正相关,而负性情绪反应与患儿的生活质量呈负相关。[结论]积极应对有利于改善血糖控制和提高生活质量,可对糖尿病儿童青少年进行相应的应对技能训练。

Objective To know coping styles of children and adolescent with diabetes mellitus, and to probe into relationships among coping styles with blood glucose control and quality of life patients. Methods：A total of 81 chil- dren and adolescent with diabetes were investigated by adopting coping style scale for children with chronic diseases and childhood quality of life measur- ing scale. Results：The most often used coping style of children and adoles- cent diabetes patient is fantasy. Female patients used negative coping more than male. Adolescent diabetes used negative emotional reaction as coping style more than children patients. The longer duration of the illness of diabet- ic children and adolescent, the more patients adopted away from the disease as coping style. Children and adolescent diabetes of glycosylated hemoglobin below 9.5~ adopted more positive coping style than those of glycosylated hemoglobin above 9. 5%. The aceeptanee coping style of patients was posi- tively associated with their quality of life. However, negative emotional reac- tions of patients were negatively associated with their quality of life. Conclu- sion： Positive coping is good for improving of blood glucose control and en- hancing quality of life of children and adolescent with diabetes. One should carry out corresponding coping skills training for diabetic children and ado- lescent.
