人力环境差异对妇女就业的影响研究——以甘肃省天水市为例

摘要 女性人力资源是人力资源的重要组成部分,其开发和利用均未引起社会的高度重视。通过对甘肃省天水市妇女就业问题的调查、分析,验证并补充了潘锦棠教授"女性人力资源的开发与利用受人力环境的影响"的人力环境理论,且结合当地实际,提出了开发和利用女性人力资源的建议。 Female human resources is the significant part of human resources, while its development and utility haven't been given enough attention by society. Through investigating and analyzing female employment problems of Tianshui City in Gansu Province, this paper verified and complemented Professor Pan Jintang's human resources environment theory "Female human resources is affected greatly affected by environmental factors". Combined with local reality, suggestions to develop and make full use of local female human resources are offered.
