昆体良的教师素质观

Views of teachers' diathesis about Quintilianus

昆体良是古罗马教育的集大成者,是罗马教育史上第一位公职教师。他的教师观也颇为丰富,他认为优秀教师应具备较高的素质:高尚的师德、真挚的师情、渊博的师识、扎实的师力、高超的师艺等。文章通过批判与借鉴,以求为教师的专业发展及教育教学实践起到指导与促进作用。

Quintilianus is a comprehensive educator and first government service teacher in the ancient Rome. His views about the teachers is also rich.He considered that the outstanding teachers should have such good qualities： the noble teacher ethics, the sincere teacher sentiment, the profound teacher knowledges, the solid teacher strength, the excellent teacher skills and so on.Through criticism and references,this article hopes to guide and improve the teacher＇s career development and teaching practice.
