在我国高等教育改革过程中,高校的管理模式、办学理念和学生结构等方面正发生着深刻的变革。其中,安全稳定问题成为大学面临的一个重要课题。大学必须强化安全教育工作,贯彻以人为本的工作思路,落实全面、协调、可持续发展的工作目标,通过思想教育、责任意识教育、安全法规和纪律观念教育、安全知识教育和心理健康教育等工作,促进高校的科学发展,最终实现校园和谐。

The universities＇management style, school philosophy, students＇ structure and others are undergoing profound changes during the China＇s higher education reform process. Among them, security and stability issue has become an important issue facing the universities. Universities must strengthen safety education, implement people-oriented ideas, the implementation of a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development objectives. Through ideological education, sense of responsibility for education, safety regulations and discipline of the concept of education, safety knowledge and mental health education, we promote the university＇s scientific development, and realize a harmonious campus.
