摘要 国内外文献已报道过很多测定儿茶酚胺的方法,作者在此基础上用反相离子对色谱电化学检测器,也达到了分离测定人血浆儿茶酚胺浓度的要求,结果与文献报道基本一致,可用于临床及科研中人血浆儿茶酚胺浓度的测定。 A method is described for the determination of catecholamines in plasma with high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection.The catecholamines were extracted from plasma by alumina adsorption and chromatographed isocratically using a reversed-phase,ion-pairing system.The absolute detection limits were 0.25pg,0.5pg and 0.5pg and the recoveries were 71.38%,70.82% and 70.98% for norepinephrine (NA),epinephrine (A) and dopamine (DA) respectively.The mean ±S.D.catecholamines concentrations observed in plasma of ten healthy individuals were;NA 1.601±0.140 nmol/L,A 0.777±0.100 nmol/L,DA 0.525±0.0500 nmol/L.
