薄层色谱测定魔芋粉的葡甘露聚糖和淀粉

Determination of Glucomannan and Starch in Konjaku by TLC

对魔芋粉的主要成份葡甘露聚糖,目前尚无较好的定量分析方法。本文研究了魔芋粉的水解和薄层色谱扫描测定水解产物中的葡萄糖、甘露糖。葡甘露聚糖作为纯化学物质是由D-葡萄糖和D-甘露糖以1∶2摩尔比,通过β-1,4键结合的多糖类。

This paper deals with the hydrolysis of Konjaku and ike determination of glueose and mannose in the hydrolysate by TLC scanner.Thus,the contents of glucomannan and starch in Konjaku can be calculated indirectly.
