摘要
以聚酯型聚氨酯为疏水组分,光固化聚乙二醇为亲水组分,通过溶液聚合制备了具有互穿聚合物网络(IPN)结构的APU。研究了亲疏水组分比例、光固化条件等因素对IPN型APU力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,当APU中光敏剂质量分数为0010,光照前停放20h,光照时间为6min时,IPN型APU的力学性能最佳。
An amphipathic polyurethane elastomer(APU) with the interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) was prepared by the solution polymerization using polyester urethane as hydrophobic component and light cured polyglycol as hydrophibic component.The influence of the hydrophibic and hydrophobic components ratio,and the light curing condition on the mechanical properties of IPN type APU was investigated.The results showed that the optimum mechanical properties of IPN type APU were obtained if 0.010 part of light sensitive agent by mass in APU was used,APU was exposed to the light for 6 min and conditioned for 20 h before light exposure.
