Whether the cost of procurement good or not is determines the economic efficiency of enterprises. To reduce procurement costs is to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and economic efficiency of the key relationships to the enterprise＇s survival and development. In this paper, SW Co., Ltd ＇ s procurement costs are introduced to analyze its current procurement cost of the advantages and disadvantages, and issues raised by the existence of the corresponding solutions.
