摘要
知识共享对于组织中的个体而言,做出是否进行知识共享的决策是其对知识共享收益和付出进行比较的过程。以"知识共享参与者都是理性人"为前提构建知识共享的一般性静态博弈模型,通过对模型的分析,提出对个体知识共享行为实施激励应注意的策略:(1)根据共享知识的难度和重要性制定激励措施;(2)建立共赢机制,培育良好的共享文化。
As for the individuals of the organization,making policy of knowledge sharing is a course of comparing its gaining and giving. On the prerequisite that the participants of knowledge sharing are all rational persons,this paper constructs a general static game model for knowledge sharing. Based on the analysis of the model,the paper puts forward two incentive strategies for individual knowledge sharing: (1) The incentive measures should be made according to the difficulty and importance of knowledge sharing. (2)A win-win system should be constructed to cultivate a better culture sharing.
