摘要
介绍一种采用新型压电陶瓷超声波换能发射器件制作的测距装置的设计和制作方案,用单片机进行前端数据处理,并将相关数据发给后台的PC机.其中介绍了该装置的超声波发射模块和接收模块的构成,系统软件中前端装置与上位机的通讯协议,在系统设计与制作的特点中介绍了多次反射问题和超声波传感器的盲区问题的发生和解决,该装置可测障碍物的极限参数,发射探头与接收探头的间距与探测距离以及探测距离与信号强度的关系等.
To introduce a design and work project for the distance measurement device made in the energy change emitter which new type piezoelectricity porcelain is adopted. The singlechip (SCM) is adopted for the front data process. The mutuality data is sent to the PC which is at behind. The module construction for transmit and incept of the device was introduced. The communication agreements between the front device and behind PC in the software were introduced. To introduce the taking place and solved about the problems of multi echo and blind area in the feature of system designing and making,and the limit parameters of the barriers measured by the device,and the relation of space with detected distance between the emission head and receiver head,and the relation between detected distance with signal power.
