青田田鱼血液学初步研究

The pilot study of haematology for Bowl Jiang Cai carp

采用尾静脉取血法,对青田田鱼红细胞数量、白细胞数量、血液血红蛋白含量和血浆葡萄糖含量等进行了研究.实验结果表明,青田田鱼血液红细胞数为(1.12±0.18)×106个/mL,白细胞数为(6.7±0.12)×104个/mL,血球容积比为(52.94±26.4)%,血细胞1h沉积率为(5.22±2.93)%,血红蛋白含量为(6.98±1.22)g/100mL,血浆葡萄糖含量为(3.74±0.65)mmol/L.

The number of Bowl Jiang Cai carp（Qingtian Tian Fish） was carried on the blood haematology research. The method was drawing blood from the vein of caudat. The red blood cell quantity,white blood cell quantity,Ht and a red blood cell hour ESR,hemoglobin content and blood plasma glucose content and so on was main researched. The result indicated that,the number of red blood cell is（1.12±0.18）×106/mL,the number of white blood cell is （6.7±0.12）×104/mL,the Ht is （52.94±26.4）%,the blood cell 1 hour deposition rate is （5.22±2.93）%,the hemoglobin content is （6.98±1.22）g/100 mL,the blood plasma glucose content is（3.74±0.65）mmol/L.
