The purpose of this article was to describe the new characteristics of web2.0 and discuss what theory reference and technology support web2.0 can provide for the next generation E-learning. On the basis of introducing the development and application of web2.0 and studying the problems existed in the development of E-learning,the article compares E-learning1.0 with E-learning2.0,and analyzes the hierarchical structure of e-learing2.0 system. In the end,the paper discusses the learning mode of E-learning2.0.
