摘要
有效的工作场所学习评估是提升学习成效、促进员工自我发展和企业人力资本积累和长期发展的重要保障。对国际上流行的人力资源开发评估模型进行了述评,分析其优点与缺陷,以此为借鉴,试图初步构建一个工作场所学习效果评估模型。
The effective assessment to workplace learning,can make an important effect to enhance learning out-comes,to promote employee self-development and human capital accumulation which means an important guar-antee for a long-term development of the enterprises.This paper reviews the popular assessments of human re-source development model on the international,analyses their merits and defectst,hen takes them as references,attempts to build an initial workplace learning evaluation model.
