终身教育视野下行业企业职工教育培训工程的构建

On the Construction of the Project of the Education and Training of Staff and Workers in Industries and Enterprises under the Sight of Life-long Education

行业企业职工教育培训,具有受教育年限长、受教育人群大、教育培训内涵丰富等特点,在构建终身教育体系中具有重要作用。我国从业人员队伍现状不容乐观,加强职工教育培训刻不容缓,据此提出关于大力发展职工教育培训的指导思想和目标任务的设想,并从国家、行业、企业三个层面提出政策建议。

Industries and enterprises staff education and training industry,with the characteristics of long duration of education,larger group of educated people,and rich content,plays an important role in building a lifelong edu-cation system.In China,the team of employees is not optimistic and to strengthen staff education and training can not be delayed.The author in this article,therefore,puts forward the guiding ideology and objectives and tasks of carrying on staff education and training.The author also proposes policies and countermeasures from three levels of countries,industries and enterprises.
