This article introduces a method of recording and fine dividing unity interference fringes.A simple,accurate and reasonable standard for fine dividing unity interference fringes is proposed.The system uses a new kind of semi conductor device OCV as photoelectricity detector.At the last of the article an experiment to test this system is given and show that this method is reliable and utility
