摘要
快乐是教育的重要特性,是成功实现教育目标的重要条件和精神状态,职业教育同样如此。文章提出快乐职教的概念并从主、客体的利益相关角度对职业教育进行了快乐解构,指出快乐职教是构建主体不断得到满足并产生价值贡献,客体享受价值贡献并持续供给条件的良性循环机制。
Happiness is the crucial character of education, the important factor and mental state of achievement of educational aim, as it is in the case of vocational education. The article puts forward the conception, happy vocational education, and deconstructs its happiness between subjective and objective elements, pointing out that happy vocational education sets up a sound mechanism which meets the need of subject and object, and promotes them to create values.
