环形电刀切除术用于治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床分析

目的探讨宫颈环形电刀切除术（LEEP）治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2008年6月-2009年12月本院妇产科门诊采用LEEP术治疗的380例CIN患者的临床资料。结果LEEP术的手术时间（5．3±1．6）min，术中出血量为（8．35±3．1）ml。其中出血量≤5ml者占75．0％；出血量5-10ml者占23．95％；出血量≥10ml者占1．05％。病理分级一致者占62．11％；级别下降者占26．84％；11．05％级别上升。手术切缘阳性占O．51％。结论LEEP是目前诊断和治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变较理想的方法。早发现、早治疗癌前病变可有效地预防宫颈癌的发生。

Objective Of cervical loop electrosurgical knife excision （LEEP） for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） of the clinical efficacy.Methods Retrospective analysis in June 2008 - December 2009 maternity hospital out-patient treatment with LEEP of 380 cases of CIN in patients with clinical data.Results LEEP surgery operative time （5.3 ± 1.6） min, blood loss volume （8.35 ± 3.1）ml. ≤ 5 ml amount of bleeding which accounted for 75.0%; 5 - 10 ml amount of bleeding accounted for 23.95%; bleeding volume ≥ 10 ml accounted for 1.05%. Consistent pathological grade accounted for 62.11%;-level decline, accounting for 26.84%; 11.05%-level rise. The positive surgical margin accounts for 0.51%. Conclusions LEEP is the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithclial lesions better way. Early detection and early treatment can be effective in preventing precancerous lesions of cervical cancer from occurring.
