剖宫产术后促进肛门排气护理临床效果探讨

The Clinical Effect Exploration on Nursing for Exsuffiation of Anus Gas in Patients after Cesarean Section Surgery

目的探讨护理干预对促进剖宫产术后肛门排气的临床效果。方法227例剖宫产术后患者被随机分为实验组（n=115）和对照组（n=i12），两组均给予基础护理促进肛门排气，对照组给予温水足浴方案，实验组在对照组基础上加用云香精。结果两组在术后肛门排气时间方面有显著性差异（P（O．05），实验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论温水足浴联合云香精应用于促进剖宫产术后肛门排气，能显著缩短排气时间，改善产后生活质量。值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of nursing intervene used in prompting exsufflation of anus gas after cesarean section surgery. Methods 227 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 115） and control group （n =112） after cesarean section surgery. Two groups were given based nursing, control group were given lavipeditum of warm water therapy, and experimental group were given Yunxiangiing therapy on base of control group. Results The time of gas exsufflation in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group （p 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Lavipeditum of warm water combined with Yunxiangjing used in prompting exsufflation of anus gas after cesarean section surgery., can significantly shorten time of gas exsufflation and improve life quality after surgery , so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
