改良横切口剖宫产术的临床效果探讨

The Clinical Effect Exploration on the Improved Horizontal Margin-split-caesarean Birth Surgery

目的探讨改良横切口剖官产术的临床效果。方法将147例产妇随机分为实验组（n=75）和对照组（n=72），对照组采用经腹子宫下段剖宫产术．实验组采用改良横切口剖宫产术。结果实验组在手术满意率，术中出血，术后并发症等方面和对照组相比有显著性差异，实验组效果显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论改良横切口剖宫产术能减少并发症，改善术后生活质量，值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of improved horizontal margin-split-caesarean birth surgery .Methods 147 cases of lying-in women were randomly divided into experimental group（n=75） and control group（n=72）. The low cesarean section surgery was used for control group, and improved horizontal margin-split-caesarean birth surgery was used for experimental group. Results The rate of surgery satisfaction, blooding in surgery and complications in experimental group showed significant difference than that in control group, the effect of experimental group was significantly better than control group （P〈 0.05）. Condusions Improved horizontal margin-split-caesarean birth surgery can reduce the complications and improve the life quality of patients after surgery, so it deserved promotion and application in clinical work.
