人性化护理应用于外耳道负压引流治疗小儿化脓性中耳炎的效果观察

The Curative Effect Observation of Humanized Nursing on SOM Patients with Negative Pressure Drain Therapy

目的探讨人性化护理应用于外耳道负压引流治疗小儿化脓性中耳炎的效果观察。方法将82例小儿化脓性中耳炎患者随机分为实验组（n=42）和对照组（n=40），两组患者均给予外耳道负压引流治疗，对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予人性化护理。结果实验组总有效率为100％，痊愈率为94．3％。对照组总有效率为88．0％，痊愈率为82．0％，实验组疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对小儿化脓性中耳炎患者实施人性化护理．提高患者舒适度，促进疗效，值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of humanized nursing used in suppurative otitis media （SOM） patients which were treated with negative pressure drain of external auditory canal.Methods 82 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group （n=42） and control group （n=40）, all patients were given negative pressure drain therapy. The routine care was used for control group, and humanized nursing were used for experimental group. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 100%,the cure rate was 94.3%,and The total effective rate of control group was 88.0%,the cure rate was 82.0%,the clinical effect of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Humanized nursing carried for suppurative otitis media patients, can enhance comfort index of patients and promote clinical effect, so it deserved promotion and application in clinical work.
