骨性关节炎软骨下骨病变机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 长期以来对骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)中关节软骨的改变进行较为深入的研究,但对软骨下骨的改变研究相对较少,而软骨下骨的改变是OA进程中所必需的病理变化。近年研究发现软骨下骨改变在OA发病过程申起着积极作用。软骨下骨硬化或软化不仅是OA发生的结果,而且与其发生发展密切相关,提示OA治疗既应关注软骨变化,又要预防软骨下骨退变。该文从软骨下骨的生物力学、骨重塑、分子生物学等方面就软骨下骨在骨性关节炎发病中的痛变机制研究进展作一综述。
