摘要
目的比较替牙期儿童刷牙指导后的口腔清洁效果,探讨该年龄段儿童的口腔清洁能力和不足之处,为临床进行口腔卫生宣教提供指导。方法将100名替牙期儿童随机分为刷牙指导组和未指导组,利用菌斑染色剂,对刷牙前后的菌斑指数进行计数,比较两组的刷牙效果。结果接受刷牙指导的儿童菌斑清除效果明显提高。结论正确的刷牙指导有助于替牙期儿童养成良好的口腔卫生习惯。
Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of toothbrushing education on dental plaque removal in children. Methods 100 children aged 6 - 12 years old were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, each group was subdivided into 2 groups by ages, one group was educated by dental specialist how to brush the teeth, while the other was not. The PLI indices was recorded before and after tooth brushing. Results The PLI indices of educated group were significantly decreased on educated groups. Conclusion Correct toothbrushing education is helpful for children to remove dental plaque effectively.
