镉对小鼠卵巢颗粒细胞DNA损伤及MDA、SOD影响的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的为探讨镉对雌性生殖机能的毒性影响。方法取小鼠卵巢颗粒细胞运用单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测10、20和40mg/kg体重的氯化镉攻毒48h后颗粒细胞DNA的损伤情况,并测定其MDA的含量和SOD的活性。结果镉对卵巢颗粒细胞DNA产生损伤作用,受损程度随镉剂量而升高,且MDA的含量升高,SOD的活性下降,具有明显的剂量效应关系,结论镉对卵巢颗粒细胞有毒性作用,能够损伤细胞DNA。 Objective: To study the toxicity of Cadmium on female reproduction function. Methods: The DNA damage of different doses of cadmium chloride were determined after 48h by single-cell gelelectrophoresis(SCGE) method, and the change of MDA and SOD were also determined. Results: The results showed that cadmium could induce the DNA damage in granule cells, increased the content of MDA, and decreased the SOD activity in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Cadmium has toxicity on ovaries granule cells, could cause DNA damage.
