The development of the telecom industry in the US stimulated the global industrial development, especially the enterprise merging process. Merging cases surged continuously with increasingly higher sum of money and scale involved since the early 1990' s. The US enterprise merging process, characteristics and backgrounds are described in this paper. Efforts are made to find out the related laws of development to grasp the future telecom industrial development.
