全身预防性应用抗生素对会阴切口的影响

目的：探讨全身预防性应用抗生素对正常分娩会阴侧切口的影响。方法：现将我院2009年6月至12月术前无感染征象正常分娩行会阴侧切术的1984例产妇，随机分为治疗组1361例，对照组623例。对照组常规会阴切开及缝合，治疗组手术当日加用抗生素，比较两组会阴术后切口感染、切口愈合情况，术后住院日。结果：切口感染发生率0．403％，两组会阴术后切口感染，切口愈合情况，术后住院日差异不显著。结论：正常分娩产妇会阴侧切术全身预防性应用抗生素对会阴切口疗效不显著，关键是良好的手术技术及严格的无菌操作技术。

objective： To investigate the effects of systemic application of antibiotic on the latera perineal incision during the normal parturition.Methods：1984 cases without infection before lateral perincal incision from June to December 2009 were randomly divided into two groups： the control group.1361 cases ,and the therapy group.623 cases with therapy of antibiotic .We compared the infection and healing of incision .and days in hospital after operation beteen the two groups.Results： No significant difference was found between the two groups in the infection rate ,0.403% healing of incision and days in hospital.Conclusion ：Prerentive application of antibiotic don,t play a significant role on the lateral perineal incision during the normal parturition.
