摘要
目的探讨抗幽门螺杆菌IgV对口腔幽门螺旋杆菌的是否存在抑制作用。方法选取30例有胃炎史同时口腔有牙菌斑的患者为实验组,在使用抗幽门螺杆菌IgY治疗前、后3个月、6个月和1年分别用快速尿素酶法检测口腔幽门螺旋杆菌;以30例有胃炎史有牙菌斑未行治疗的患者为对照组。依上述顺序和方法检测口腔幽门螺旋杆菌。结果实验组;使用抗幽门螺杆菌IgV前后3个月、6个月和1年的口腔幽门螺旋杆菌阳性数为25、6、10、17;对照组:相应阶段的口腔幽门螺旋杆菌阳性率分别为24、20、23、22,对其进行x2检验,两者有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论抗幽门螺杆菌IgY是一种有效抑制口腔幽门螺旋杆菌的方法。
Objective: To study if the treatment ofanti-HP IgY has restrain function on HP in oral cavity. Methods: A group of 30 patients who once suffered from gastritis and had dental plaque in the oral cavity at the time were selected to form the experimental group, then tested HP in the patients' oral cavity by the rapid urease test respectively before using anti-HP IgY and at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after the treatment. In contrast, another group of 30 patients who once suffered from gastritis and had dental plaque but were not underwent treated were selected and tested oral HP by the same method as the first group. Results: The HP positive rates were 25,6, 10,and 17 in the first group respective before and at 3 months after the treatment, 6 months afterwards and I year afterwards. While in the contrastive group,the HP positive rate were 24,20,23 and 22 respectively. By x2 test on the data,the results of the two group had distinctive difference. Conclusion: The treatment of using anti-HP IgY is an effective method to restrain HP in oral cavity.
