中西医结合治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的疗效观察

Observation of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的临床疗效。方法将60例糖尿病末梢神经病变患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,对照组30例,2组均行糖尿病正规治疗,对照组给予维生素B1100mg肌注,弥可保500μg肌注,隔日交替应用;治疗组在对照组基础上加中药汤剂治疗,均30d一疗程。结果治疗组30例,痊愈16例,好转11例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%;对照组30例,痊愈6例,好转11例,无效13例,总有效率56.7%。治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy by combined Chinese and western medicine.Methods Sixty cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group,and both groups underwent western formal diabetes treatment.Control group was given vitamin B1 100 mg intramuscular injection,mikebao 500 μg muscle methycobal injection every other day,alternating application;Treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group treated,and 30 d for a course of treatment in both groups.Results The treatment group with 16 cases recovered and 11 cases improved,the total effective rate was 90.0%;Control group with 6 cases recovered and 11 cases improved,total effective rate was 56.7%.There was significant difference in the two groups （P 0.05）.Conclusion There is better clinical efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy by combination of Chinese and western medicine.
