On the Problems in Self-tender of University Construction Project and Countermeasures

高校建设工程自主招标容易出现招标公告局限性、资质审查流于形式、招标文件不规范、评标不科学等问题,因此应在思想认识、监督管理、规章制度等方面实现招标的公开、公正、公平。

In the course of self-tender of the university construction project there are some problems such as the limitation of tender announcement,the intelligence examination to become a mere formality,tender document being not standard,evaluation of tenders being not scientific,therefore we should improve in several aspects of the ideological understanding,supervision and management,rules and regulations in order to achieve the tender open,fair and impartial.
