摘要
本文提出了两种由图像转换为数控加工代码的方法。一种是将干涉仪获得的图像直接转换为NC程序;另一种是通过OPN软件将图像生成过渡文件,然后再生成NC程序。在转换效率和加工精度方面进行比较后,确定了合理的加工方法。
The article proposed two kinds of method that transform the image into the numerical control processing code.One kind of method is that transform the image which obtains from the interferometer into the NC procedure;Another kind of method is that production transition document through OPN software,then produces the NC procedure again.Carries on the comparison after the transfer efficiency and the processing precision aspect,has determined the reasonable processing method.
