摘要
对师德起源、师德建设长效机制的形成以及科学化各项基础要素的思考,是通向师德建设长效机制科学化道路上的起点。师德起源于个体利益需要,并逐步转化为社会性道德需求。道德凝聚所固有的稳定性和长期性催生了师德建设的长效机制。机制中的思想观念、制度建设、形式规范、实践方法等共同构成了科学化道路的起始平台,其科学化水平直接关系到师德建设长效机制科学化体系的构建。
Speculation upon the origin of teachers' ethics,the formation of the long-effect mechanism for teachers' ethics and the necessary basic elements of scientific process is the jumping-off point in the scientific process of the long-effect mechanism for teachers' ethics construction.Teachers' ethics originated from the individual interests,and then gradually transformed into social moral requirement.The inherent stability and long-term character of moral cohesion spawned the ethics long-effect mechanism.Ideas,system construction,criterion,and practice together form the platform of scientific process,the level of which directly affects the system construction of the ethics long-effect mechanism.
