新建地方本科院校实施辅修制存在的问题与思考

Problems of and Reflections on the Minor Course System for the Newly-Established Local Colleges

相对知名高校,新建地方本科院校实施辅修制有其自身的特点和问题。以滨州学院为例,新建地方本科院校由于基础薄弱、办学起点低,在实施辅修制过程中主要存在学校管理不完善以及基层教学单位和师生认识有偏差等六个方面的问题。新建地方本科院校需要从转变观念、加强监督、推进专业建设等六个方面加以改进。

Compared to those renowned universities,the newly-established local colleges have their own characteristics and problems in the implementation of minor course system.The paper,taking Binzhou University as an example,analyzes the characteristics of the newly-established local colleges,such as the weak foundation and the low starting level with little experience.On the basis,the paper focuses on six problems arising from the implementation of the minor course system and suggests addressing them from six aspects including changing concepts,strengthening supervision,promoting building of majors and so on.
