摘要 班主任与家长、学生之间的谈话普遍存在着"信息差",这种"信息差"会导致班主任谈话"失效"或产生"负效"。"信息差"的产生以及不易被班主任注意,主要是由于班主任不了解谈话对象的心理需要和自认为"好心"导致的。要避免与家长、学生谈话的"信息差",班主任就应在了解学生和家长心理需要的基础上,进行换位思考,讲究谈话艺术,从而保证谈话的有效。 Information gap often exists in the conversations between head teachers and students as well as their parents,which may lead to the ineffectiveness or adverse effects.The information gap is not easy to perceive mainly because head teachers do not know the psychological needs of the person whom they are talking with and they themselves consider their behaviors are out of kindness.In order to avoid the information gap,head teachers should understand the psychological needs of students and their parents,try to consider a question in others' aspect,pay enough attention to the art of taking and ensure the effectiveness.
